CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
BEFORE MARCH 1ST
Cancel prior to March 1st and you may transfer 100% of your payment to another camper for the same summer.
MARCH 1ST - MARCH 31ST
Cancellations within this window will result in the forfeiture of all payments made.
AFTER APRIL 1ST
Cancellations after this date will be charged in full with no refund available.
PROCESSING FEE
All cancellations or changes incur a $100 per person processing fee.
